Learn the science of making simple cosmetics using everyday materials from your kitchen.
 
Understand the processes and chemistry involved in producing cosmetics using honey and beeswax as ingredients.
 
Practice, first hand, making simple cosmetics such as lip balm, skin balm and soap to take away with you.
 
Navigate the legal processes involved in making cosmetics, essential if you intend to sell your products.
 
Most importantly, have fun while learning.
 
The workshop will last approx. 4 hours, and all materials and ingredients are included.
 
The workshop is provided by Martin Davies, award winning beekeeper and keeper of the bees at the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
